Lee Child books have made up the bulk of my reading list recently, ever since my sister first lent me a copy of the Lee Child Die Trying novel, last year. I’m like that, I discover a new author and then I go out and devour his back catalogue.

Following on from Die Trying, the second of the Lee Child novels, I have read the stories in chronological order right up to the 12th novel, Nothing to Lose. So the 13th book in the Jack Reacher series, Gone Tomorrow, will be the first Lee Child book that I have actually had to wait for. And I really need my Jack Reacher fix!

The blurb about Gone Tomorrow on Lee Child’s official site reads: “When Jack Reacher witnesses a suicide on a Manhattan subway, he knows that there is more than meets the eye. Soon he’s in deep, trying to unearth a dark secret for which both the feds and Al-Queda are willing to kill to keep from being revealed. Even in a city of eight million, a lone wolf like Reacher tends to stand out, and before long he is being hunted from all sides—which is exactly what Reacher wants.”

So basically it looks like the no-nonsense Reacher is gonna kick some more bad guy ass and I’m sure he’ll break a few rules along the way!

Pre-order your copy of Gone Tomorrow today.
